Case Description: The patient is a young teenage girl with congenitally missing left central incisor. After initial orthodontic therapy, she did have the implant placed but fail to osseointegrate without any obvious reason. Being in the esthetic region, the second implant surgery is to be carried out with an autogenous graft harvest from the chin along with the use of platelet-rich plasma to ensure the success of the implant therapy.
